I had lists of questions throughout this process and my renovation specialists answered every single one. She took the time to explain different scenarios to me, assisted me with each step and was a pleasure to work with. I emailed her constantly and would almost always receive a same day response. As far as the company, their system is extremely user friendly. The portal and task list was easy to use and upload documents to and each step was explained. I would absolutely use them again!

Ryan was super helpful throughout the whole process. There were some hiccups that it would have been nice to know before hand such as the involvement of the contractor filling out a questionnaire but overall a smooth process. I'd reccomend Renofi and specifically Ryan to anyone looking to finance a home renovation project.

Our loan process turned into a long complicated process. Both Jacob and Jessica were patient and understanding when they had to wait for, what should have been, simple steps for us to complete. Which meant that at times they had to run new numbers because of changes in interest rates, etc...Jacob helped me look at other ways to get the loan funded so we didn't have to wait so long, but alas there was no easier way to go.
They were both kind in answering the same questions numerous times while I wrapped my head around aspects of the process.
They truly made us willing to keep working on this loan when I was ready to throw my hands up and deal with it next spring.
Now we are just trying to beat winter to get the roof done!

Timely follow upon initial call. Easy to talk over details. Very knowledgeable. Also, the Renofi website is very intuitive, detailed and easy to navigate. The website was well-designed with the end user in mind. Bravo. If you are considering taking on a renovation project, Renofi is highly recommeded. Renofi will be a first-call when embarking upon another project.
