I had the pleasure of working with Mytch Law, a RenoFi advisor, and was incredibly impressed by his honesty and integrity throughout the process. Even though his loan products were competitive and well-structured, he was upfront in letting me know that the offers I had already received—ironically from some of the same lenders his company works with—would save me more money in my specific situation.
It’s rare to find someone in this industry who puts the client’s best interest above closing a deal. Mytch’s transparency, professionalism, and dedication to customer service really stood out. Throughout the entire HELOC process he was forthcoming and direct about different trade offs and really made me understand what I was getting into. He was helpful is resolving an issue where I had to close one loan to open this one which saved a lot of time and aggravation for me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a HELOC and RenoFi as a company as my experience was great throughout.

I had been thinking about a home addition for a couple of years, once I came across RenoFi, I decided it was time. I started off using their RenoFi Design services to get a ballbpark budget for the work. From there I contacted General Contractors for price quotes and designs. That process took about 6 months. My RenoFi Advisor was there during the entire process and was checking in and giving me updates on the rates during these months. Just a call/text/email to see how things were progressing and confirming that I was still looking for financing. No endless calls trying to pressure you or sell you a loan. Once we selected a GC, collecting and tracking the loan documents was an easy task thanks to their portal. They setup everything from the appraisal to the loan closing, all around my schedule. I would highly recommend RenoFi to someone looking to finance their renovation or addition.
