RenoFi has been amazing to work with - especially Christina Bui. I'm now working with her for a second time. Christina is very knowledgeable and her primary goal is to find a solution that works for her customer. With my situation, she had to get creative - and even had to pivot to an entirely different solution last minute in order to deliver the funds I needed to complete the work on my house. She is the first person I thought of now that the work is done, and I'm looking to refinance. She has many, many options to offer - but listens to what my priorities are and is able to quickly narrow down the options to the best ones that meet my needs while still offering me several from which to choose. I highly recommend RenoFi and Christina.

Derron and Jessica at Renofi were great! I setup a call with Derron to discuss the different home renovation loans that they offered. We decided on a loan and applied. The process from talking with Derron, applying, getting approval, and receiving our funding for our personal loan all happened in a week! I highly recommend Renofi and their team! They were great and answered any questions I had in a timely manner and really made me feel important and taken care of!

John Holtz was my Senior Loan Officer for Renofi, and he was great to deal with. I initially reached out to John looking to finance my renovation. John suggested putting a first mortgage on the house I was buying, and using the money I would have spent on the house to finance my renovation. The overall experience was excellent. I applied for the loan on Thanksgiving, and we closed on the house on 12/31/24. John was incredibly responsive to any of my questions, and his follow up is outstanding. I would highly recommend John Holtz and Renofi to anyone looking for a mortgage.

RenoFi is such an amazing company! My wife and I didn’t think we’d be able to fund our ADU project. We called a couple of other companies and they said they didn’t do that and some didn’t even know what an ADU was (seriously)! But I kept looking and found a YouTube video on RenoFi and the rest was history. Khadija Quarles our advisor has made this process so smooth. She is amazing and stayed on top of everything, always responded back to us quickly, and broke everything down with timelines . What a great company !! Highly recommended!! Thanks again !!

I appreciate Alicia Knox, our renovation advisor. I was already feeling overwhelmed by the process of completing a renovation and obtaining financing, but Alicia was patient with me and my husband. She was very prompt and responsive. I often got a response from her within 24 hours. She kept the process moving in a timely fashion and she was able to help us get what we needed to do our project.
