Had it not been for RenoFi, our renovatin for our home never would have come to fruition (financially) and we would have been trapped with having to refi under today's 30-year fixed rates. Please consider them for your next project and need only I/O financing or have a current low mortgage you dont need to part ways with

Smooth and transparent process from beginning to end on behalf of both RenoFi and SDFCU. Abby from RenoFi provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process and kept our application moving. We were able to walk away with a fully funded HELOC for our project in the quoted timeframe. Definitely recommend reaching out for all of your HELOC questions and needs, they are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
