Amazing experience. We used RenoFi for a remodeling loan after we purchased a house. I reached out to the lender and worked with Tom before we even bought the house. He was a great partner and supported us through the entire process and stayed involved the entire time. Although I probably should not admit this, I generally do not take the time to fill out reviews for products and services, this however, is one review I was genuinely looking forward to sharing! From the very beginning, working with Mytch at Renofi, I immediately felt such a sense of comfort in feeling as though I made the right decision in taking this route. Previous to contacting Mytch, I had attempted to use the equity in my home through my mortgage provider (Fifth Third Bank), whom I have had a strong relationship with for many years now. My credit score was in the 800's, I was never late with any of my payments, and my DTI was where it needed to be, giving my bank no reason whatsoever to deny my request for a HELOC...so I thought. Long story short, Mytch and his team made it their mission to ensure I received the equity from my home that I deserved, as well as additional future equity, from the renovations I am currently undergoing now. I would HIGHLY recommend using Renofi, especially if Mytch is behind you. He went above and beyond, even taking time away from his vacation to tend to the needs of my application. Thank you Mytch, and everyone else behind the scenes for helping me and my family on our next venture!

We had a pleasant experience with Jessica Smith and Jacob Wermuth. They were quick to answer any question we had and always offered to help if we didn’t understand something.
I also really appreciated the fact that Jacob would update us regularly via Text, which made it so much easier. I also enjoyed the fact that Jessica simplified some of the task for us.
