We had a pleasant experience with Jessica Smith and Jacob Wermuth. They were quick to answer any question we had and always offered to help if we didn’t understand something.
I also really appreciated the fact that Jacob would update us regularly via Text, which made it so much easier. I also enjoyed the fact that Jessica simplified some of the task for us.
I highly recommend Doing your next loan with Renofi.
The website was easy to maneuver, and the uploading document process was also very easy.

Ryan has been great in working with us and our project. Longer process than a normal loan, but the end result is a great product that let's you get your equity for what the completed project will result in. Highly recommend. The online submittal tools make it easy to get your info into the team

The process was easy and alittle challenging getting thru. The agent, Ms. Khadija, was very helpful and nice. She made the process very simple to understand and always answered any questions or issues me and my mother had. We would gladly recommend RenoFi to anyone that need a heloc loan.
