Calli Blocker with RenoFi was awesome to work with. She helped me secure funding for a whole house remodel. It's a huge project, and I had a contractor with a tight window to fit into his schedule or my project would have been delayed 5 months. Calli was always accessible and responsive. She got creative and helped me with a personal loan large enough to get the project moving. Then she closed the HELOC Renovation loan with no surprises. Calli and RenoFi are providing a necessary loan program for homeowners to be able to do major upgrades and additions to their homes.

Great experience with lenders Abby Schade and Jessica Smith—were very communicative during the information collecting and underwriting process, were very transparent with rates, payments, and time line. All in all, I highly recommend for your home improvement lending needs, their terms are one of the most competitive that I’ve come across in my search!
