RenoFi was surprisingly great to deal with - especially after a few false starts and lots of wasted time dealing with other vendors. RenoFi was very supportive during the application process, fair, clear and upfront in their pricing, and followed up exactly how they said they would at every step in the process. I had a few different points of contact over time, but when I wrote (and copied all in my replies) someone would get back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend RenoFi to anyone looking for a loan in my situation (mid-renovation, second mortgage loan).

Derron at RenoFi was so easy to work with. Everything went as smoothly as it could and all the terms we initially discussed were the terms we closed with. I was midway through closing a loan with another lender when I connected with Derron and the move was made easy by his professionalism and consistent communication. The terms that RenoFi and Derron offered me were leaps and bounds ahead of the other lender I was working with. Derron made it an easy choice and an easy process.

I worked with Lee Barnes on a loan to support the complete renovation of our family home. Without boring everyone with details, lets just say if there was an issue that could come up, it *did* come up - and we dealt with it.
Lee was really the godsend that we needed. He has the right attitude and energy for the role. He was curious about my family, really tried to understand what we cared about, and worked to structure a loan that would best suit us at this particular time.
Lee is very engaging, uses his creativity and thinks outside of the box, especially when challenges arise. We will turn to Lee again when it's time for the next loan. I will not work with anyone else. Really, I am so pleased with Lee. He represents his organization in the best possible manner.

Derron with RenoFi was so easy to work with! My husband and I were researching the HELOC process and came across RenoFi. We were connected with Derron and he was very pleasant, no sales pressure, and was super accommodating. He answered all our questions, followed up with us even after we were connected with a bank to make sure everything was going well, and once the loan was funded he made one final call to congratulate us. I would most definitely use Derron again in the future!
