We recently had the pleasure of working with RenoFi to get a loan for a home project funded ( a roof replacement ).
From start to finish Francesco Impagliazzo went above and beyond ! He was available to answer all our questions. He helped me to navigate all the steps and ensured we got loan locked in a great rate. I would for sure recommend them and would use them again!

I have been working with Khadija Quarles to get a RenoFi loan to renovate my home in CA. She and her team were very helpful in each step, clearly explaining the process and the terms at each step so that there were no surprises at all.
Since we bought the house recently, we have not built up sufficient equity to get a 'equity line of credit' with a conventional lender. RenoFi, however, is one of the few credit facilitators, which facilitates you a credit (up to 500K) taking the future valuation of your renovated home into account. This is applicable for primary homes.
During the process, I lost my job, which could have stalled the entire process. However, Khadija and team were ready to take into account my other sources of income and continue with the credit application.
The process was relatively fast and I could avail the money just about the time when I started the construction.
Over all, my experience with RenoFi and Khadija was excellent. I would recommend any one in need of a home equity line of credit to work with RenoFi.

It's been a long journey to get from purchasing our home that came with a vacant, detached workshop in the back to finally breaking ground on TWO ADUs (workshop conversion). And I've only been able to get to this point because of the team at Renofi, especially my point person Derron Pocci, who shepherded me through the financing part of the development.
We stretched ourselves to get into the property in the first place, but I knew that getting into this home and developing two ADUs would (will) be worth the investment in the end. But figuring out how to get from the beginning (purchasing the property) to the end (building out two cash flowing ADUs) was gonna be financially daunting and stressful because it needed to be based on the property's future value.
I'm so blessed to learn about Renofi's Renovation HELOC, which allowed me to open a HELOC on the FUTURE ARV (after renovation value) of the property, which means we were able to get a line of credit on a primary residence two ADUs, which was the difference in making the deal work for us.
Derron @ Renofi served as my guide, mentor, sometimes therapist when the projections were making me nauseous, advisor and confidante throughout the process. Calli Blocker went above and beyond to help me get funding to finalize our home renovation! I have been self-employed for less than two years, so a lot of the traditional funding options were unavailable to me, but she and Jessica Smith found an option that worked and they got it done. They were very responsive and helpful!

Calli Blocker with RenoFi was awesome to work with. She helped me secure funding for a whole house remodel. It's a huge project, and I had a contractor with a tight window to fit into his schedule or my project would have been delayed 5 months. Calli was always accessible and responsive. She got creative and helped me with a personal loan large enough to get the project moving. Then she closed the HELOC Renovation loan with no surprises. Calli and RenoFi are providing a necessary loan program for homeowners to be able to do major upgrades and additions to their homes.
