RenoFi simplifies the entire loan process, in my case a HELOC. They do an amazing job of using modern technology to reduce all of the paper shuffling and effort required in scheduling meetings. When there were some issues with the underwriter, RenoFi took amazing ownership ensuring my concerns were completely resolved. I will definitely be using RenoFi again in the future.

I was very pleased with the process in working with Alecia and the Renofi team. They gave me reasonable timelines to get the loan processed, and kept me updated on the entire process. We were able to close on a HELOC with more money then I could have received with a normal HELOC. We are happy with the entire Loan Process and outcome.

Every portion of this process was simplified by the open communication and active updates both with the renofi portal as well as the team appointed to our loan. The snags in the process were completely self inflicted by myself and not having my ducks lined in a complete row when beginning applying for the loan. I encourage anyone reading this DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND ASK QUESTIONS…. Remember that this is a process and what they ask of you is vital to not prolong your loan process. Thank you so so much renofi for making our backyard dream come true.
