Alicia Knox and the entire Renofi team were wonderful to work with when I was applying for my mortgage. They were transparent and supportive throughout the whole process (even during the hurdles). You felt they were invested in the process just as much as myself as the borrower was. Additionally, they were encouraging, kind and friendly, even if just to send a text to check in.
