For anyone looking to do a renovation project, I'd highly recommend RenoFi. I had no idea they existed until I started researching financing options, and RenoFi fit exactly what I needed. Within 2 hours of finding out about the Company, I had a phone call scheduled with an agent who was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. The application is entirely online and very easy to follow. After loading all of the available information, I was kept up to date with progress, and any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion. They worked with me to expedite the loan as I was on a tight time frame, and within 6 weeks of applying, I had closed on the loan and was able to start using the funds towards my project. As I said earlier, I would highly recommend RenoFi to anyone looking to finance a construction project.

I’m extremely satisfied with their service. There was always someone to assist in each and every step and staff were very responsive. They ensured that I got right credit union assigned in timely manner to kickstart my renovation project. I only wish they allowed different credit unions to compete for a better rate. But, overall, I’d highly recommend them.

RenoFi was a great company to work with. We were able to finance an extensive renovation of our house and the agent I worked with was very helpful and responsive. We had trouble finding an appraiser, but RenoFi was able to work their network for me to get it done and we still closed with plenty of time. Highly recommend!

RenoFi did an awesome job helping me finance my addition. They do not have all of the ridiculous requirements traditional banks have and I was able to do the project at least 12-18 mos sooner thanks to their offerings. Working with them was a breeze. I highly reccommend.

RenoFi is a great option to finance a renovation, much better than a traditional renovation loan where you only get incremental payments based on progress. RenoFi allows you to have control over the whole process and get your renovation done how you want it.

Renofi is a great option if you're looking to renovate. The Renofi team was responsive and answered all of my questions. Once they passed me on to the lender, the process was just as seamless. I'm super happy with everything to this point and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Renofi was very easy to work with and the online process is very user friendly. There was one delay, but we were promised a free turkey dinner (jokingly) if it wasn’t resolved within a day. You submit your info, they do the legwork. Overall, we’d recommend Renofi for all of your home improvement needs!

Do your homework, we did and I have to say I am 100% satisfied. Not only are we getting an addition we have been saving up for 5 years to start, but this allowed us to have a big increase in the value of our house and greatly improved the 1941 construction. There was excellent communication at every step and Renofi handled all of the heavy lifting for the loan procurement.

They made the entire home renovation finance process seamless; and I was able to get a much better rate and loan amount because of them. They also save you a ton of research time by vetting the marketplace for you. If you are renovating and looking to finance it, you would be an idiot not to talk to RenoFi!
