Mytch was my RenoFi loan officer and we not being financially knowledgeable, he made the entire process easier than expected.
It was a comfort having his expertise and advice to choose the right product for us. He took the time to understand our family's objective, explained each required step, guided us by explaining why the direction we went was best for us, and expanded our financial vocabulary.
Overall, the experience could not have gone better. Now, we need to find a "Mytch" for our taxes.

I had lists of questions throughout this process and my renovation specialists answered every single one. She took the time to explain different scenarios to me, assisted me with each step and was a pleasure to work with. I emailed her constantly and would almost always receive a same day response. As far as the company, their system is extremely user friendly. The portal and task list was easy to use and upload documents to and each step was explained. I would absolutely use them again!

Ryan was super helpful throughout the whole process. There were some hiccups that it would have been nice to know before hand such as the involvement of the contractor filling out a questionnaire but overall a smooth process. I'd reccomend Renofi and specifically Ryan to anyone looking to finance a home renovation project.
