I've had a great experience with Renofi. Smooth process along the entire process. To be honest I did not expect to be connected with two additional services one of which became the final lender for my HELOC, but overall each step of the process was made clear and understandable by the team at Renofi.
I tend to be a skeptic by nature, so I was cautious through the whole process and my Renofi rep walked me through getting my home assessed, and the in-person Notary for closing, all of which were handled professionally by the contracted local partners.
Overall I give the process a 5-star since everything went as expected with no hangups.

5 stars ! Derron at RenoFi is a Rockstar! I was fortunate to come across Derron at RenoFi during my online research for a new HELOC to finance a home addition/remodel. I spoke with over a dozen banks, credit unions, brokers, etc, before selecting RenoFi. Overall, Derron offered the most attractive lending options and best client experience. He provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process, maintaining clear communication at every step. He offered conservative recommendations that were in our best interest. Integrity, professionalism, expertise, and care...that's Derron. I'm very grateful we found Derron and RenoFi! We will be back for sure!

Pretty convenient solution if you don’t quite have enough equity built up in your home yet. Process took a little longer than anticipated around 2 months so keep that I mind. As long as you provide documentation when asked for it’s a pretty good service.

I was in the market for financing a home addition project and ran across RenoFi. I am so glad that I followed up. Khadija has been marvelous. Khadija explained the intake process, and made everything very easy to understand. Khadija was transparent with all the requirements, set proper expectations of what we could afford, and made the whole process stress-free. Khadija should be recognized and rewarded for the excellent service that was provided.
Furthermore, RenoFi's portal and process were very easy to navigate. Deliverables were explained beforehand and the site easy to navigate.
Our contractor also had great things to say about RenoFi. The communication between RenoFi and our contractor was without issue, and again, 5-star service was provided by RenoFi in this regard as well.
Overall, I highly recommend RenoFi to anyone looking to find financing when they take on a home addition project, they are simply excellent, and their agent, Khadija, a pleasure to work with.
