RenoFi made the process of taking out a renovation loan extremely easy! Ruben and Rich were both great to work with and very responsive any time we had questions throughout the process. They walked us through the loan process, including ordering the appraisal, matching us with a lender, and provided transparency on the different loan options available and associated rates. From start to finish, the entire process to us about 8 weeks. We could not be happier with RenoFi and are looking forward to getting our renovation started now that we've closed on the loan.

Working with RenoFi has been amazing. Matt was absolute amazing person to work with throughout the process of getting our loan. At each and every step, Matt was very responsive and helpful and informative. Matt was able to quickly find us a lender to fund our project. He was very quick and prompt with answering any questions I had. The overall application process was super quick and easy. Overall process was very simplified, transparent and customer friendly. I would 100% recommend everyone who is looking for getting the money to complete the project.

Working with this company has been amazing. They make the process simple and easy to understand. They take the time to show your options and are very responsive in a timely manner! Highly recommend working with this company! Jessica and Matt were amazing to work with! Even though the process took longer than expected, they updated me throughout the process and a resolution was made. As a bonus, the funds were available within 48 hours of signing, rather than the typical 7-10 business days they quoted me.

RenoFi was an essential piece of our renovation project. RenoFi's approach to providing cash financing for the future value of our renovated home allowed us to have more control over our choice of builders and professionals for the project. Unlike conventional construction loans, They provide the financing for the vetted plans, and let you work directly with the builder.
I'm so grateful to have found this option in time for our renovation, and the team at RenoFi worked diligently through the whole process to make sure everything worked out. We will have the house we've been dreaming of for last 10 years because of RenoFi, I can't recommend them enough.

I 100% would (and already have) recommend RefoFi to my friends, family and colleagues who may be looking for a simplified, transparent and customer-friendly solution to home renovation financing. Our situation was so unique (and slightly complicated by the several remodeling projects we already had started). However, Mat E. and Jessica S. are consummate consumer advocates who work through multiple banking/credit union channels to get the loans accomplished timely -- and in the best interest of their clients. As a seasoned legal professional, I initially was a little skeptical of the RenoFi model because it just seemed too simplified and easy to navigate for the amount of funds we needed to secure. But after much online research and several conversations with Mat, I trusted my gut (and the folks RenoFi). Honestly, of all the various industry specialists we have worked with during our entire house remodel the past few months, the Mat-and-Jessica loan facilitation/processing team at RenoFi have been the most pleasant, straightforward and five-star satisfactory. I cannot wait to provide RenoFi with before-and-after photos of our new forever-home happy space, which would not have been possible without their knowledge, expertise and personal approach to financial customer service. I truly wish we could have Mat and Jessica (and their families) over for Thanksgiving dinner; as we are THAT THANKFUL for them and RenoFi. ^_^
