Amazing find. I started out by approaching your traditional lenders, both local and larger multi-national financial institutions. Stumbled upon RenoFi from an online search. They perfectly matched me w/ a credit union that suited my needs. I can't express how satisfied I am with their service (Lucas Jones) despite being skeptical at first due to the lack of history. If you are in need of a renovation loan, shop around but do yourself a favor and absolutely give this co a look. Their business model may similarly be a perfect fit for you and your project.

I was very glad to find Renofi to help us secure funding for our custom pool project. They offered more repayment options than other pool loan lending institutions that helped make our project more affordable. The application process was relatively easy and the Renofi reps were very good at guiding me through the process and telling me was needed for approval. Funding large home improvement projects can be complicated but Renofi made the process easy and achievable.

The RenoFi product gave me the exact level of flexibility I was looking for when building my home. They offer construction financing that to my knowledge is not available anywhere else in the market. They guided us through the process with the lender and were an advocate for us as homeowner with the GC.
