I was very glad to find Renofi to help us secure funding for our custom pool project. They offered more repayment options than other pool loan lending institutions that helped make our project more affordable. The application process was relatively easy and the Renofi reps were very good at guiding me through the process and telling me was needed for approval. Funding large home improvement projects can be complicated but Renofi made the process easy and achievable.

The RenoFi loan product augmented our custom home building experience by giving us the flexibility to adapt and pivot as issues arose during our project. I was able to make changes along that way that kept us on track in delivering our dream home and it would not have been possible with a more traditional construction loan. This was a large investment for our family. In addition to contributing to our getting the home we sought by renovating, I was able to create more value long term with this loan product than had I used other construction financing options. We contacted Renofi after we started the renovation. Expenses went beyond our expectations. Then COVID hit. There was no way we could finish the renovations. No where in the world you can get a loan that monthly payments this low. Renofi has some GREAT people that made the process real easy for us. The RenoFi Loan was the perfect option for our renovation. Not being forced to refinance our first mortgage was a huge plus with the low rate we already had locked in. The loan rate was super low, the fees were minimal and the entire process was easy once we had our renovation plans finalized. Our contractor was thrilled that they didn't have to be involved in the process like they would with a typical construction loan. Our reno is underway now so I'm attaching some pics.
