Jonathan Smith made my experience precise and painless. Typically, the loan process is full of extra hurdles & tons of paperwork but working with Jonathan at RenoFi was so simple. He communicated beautifully and was incredibly responsive and available throughout the process. I will be calling Jonathan for all my financing moving forward. I highly recommend him to anyone else as well.

My experience with RenoFi has been phenomenal, largely in part to the team I worked with. Derron Pocci and Kylie Weber rocked! When I was initially reading reviews about RenoFi, I was apprehensive because a lot of the ones I read said the process takes a long time. I will say that was true in May case as well, BUT I realized it takes a while because they are every thorough. We had some hiccups in my loan process but Derron was SUPER RESPONSIVE, kept me informed about every step and had a positive outlook throughout. Kylie is just as responsive, answered any question and you could feel her great energy coming though! I hope the person reading this gets to work with this team because they are the BEST!

Derron did a great job handling our loan from early questions, to pre-approval, through the approval process to funding of the ADU HELOC loan! Since it was a specialized loan process, it was great to always have someone on hand to answer questions and expedite the process where needed! I would definitely work with Derron again. Super professional, yet personable and kind!

I spent 3 weeks reaching out to multiple banks and private lenders only to come up short, with no possibility of receiving the funds needed for my home renovation. I found RenoFi, and specifically Mytch Law, one of their customer reps, and he was happy to help. He got all my info/docs in, found a lender for me, and made the transaction happen within 1 week of beginning to work with him. I now have the funds in my account and are ready to begin work. I will work with RenoFi and Mytch again in the near future. Great customer service! 10/10
