I really enjoyed the 3WBR program and I now know and understand so much more about what to eat and how planning really helps. Unfortunately I didn’t get to complete the full three weeks due to illness, but will definitely continue the low sugar foods. I felt I had more energy and better in myself. An added benefit was in just over two weeks I lost 4.8 kg

Before starting Health with Bec, I only needed to lose a few kilos. Everything I looked at had foods I had to cut out with a set amount of calories which left me feeling hungry and hangry and they also required me to be very disciplined. I have done so many of those diets in my life and so I was looking for something different. I needed something sustainable. I found it with Health With Bec (HWB). Right from the start, I looked forward to each meal. The snacks are great too, for those moments when I knew I wasn’t going to make it to dinner without grabbing something quick and unhealthy. There is so much food and it is delicious. The meals are easy to prepare and cook which is a bonus. I feel like I’ve changed my lifestyle for the better without any sacrifice. After 3 weeks I have lost the desired weight. I have no bloat for the first time in many, many years I also feel more focussed, less brain fog and I’m feeling so healthy. I used to have a cup of tea with milk and sugar every single morning and then up to three more during the day. I have not had one cup of tea since switching to the HWB plan and honestly have not missed it at all. I am so happy that I have now cut out this habit along with the chocolate cookies. Just that alone was worth doing this program. I would sincerely encourage any woman who has tried everything and believes she cannot lose weight to give HWB a chance. It has changed my life and I’m pretty darn sure it will change yours for the better.

What can I say! Best decision I have made in a long time to sign up for Bec’s 3 week body reset. Feel so good! Great recipes, didn’t feel hungry, lost 4kgs and best of all its totally doable! Easy to stick to and follow with flexibility . I feel like I’m in charge but have wrap around support for my choices. Have now signed up for the tribe. It’s a life choice and change for me now. Having an app for easy access will be the cherry on top and I know it’s coming. If you’re thinking about joining…do it!

What can I say but 'WOW', over 3 weeks I have lost 5kgs which may not sound alot but for me it was just what I needed. I am fitting into all my clothes again and feeling so good. The menu plans are so good to follow and easy to fit for the family. I can 100% recommend the body reset to everyone!

Really great results for Bec's 3 week reset. 60 years old, 5 kgs down, less bloating, less inflammation, clear head, clothes fit better, more energy (no 3pm slump), sleeping better. Having a daily meal plan for meals and snacks kept me on track, easy to find ingredients (NZ) , good prep advice, delicous meals, simple to follow with alternatives if something didn't suit. Didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. I now enjoy the taste of everything so much more. Loved it!!

Just finished the 3 week plan and have to say thrilled with my results as lost 3.5 kgs and can feel a difference in my clothes. Was unsure to start with as tried all kinds of diets but never really could stick to them. Felt amazing reduced my inflammation and gut issues and energy levels increased. Have continued and joined the tribe and enjoying the meal plans as easy to stick to.

The way I was eating and my lifestyle which had been fine for decades was just not working for me anymore. After menopause the weight started piling on even with not eating that much and eating heathy. I felt inflamed, uncomfortable in the stomach and lacking in energy. Now I’m not hungry, less bloating and down 3kg in 3 weeks (despite a week on vacation in Asia), but lost many cms off waist, breasts and hips. Def a way of life that allows you to also enjoy yourself with an 80/20 approach. I also have so much more energy.

I highly recommend Health With Bec's 3 Week Body Reset and then the Health With Bec Tribe for anyone who's looking to improve their health, overcome gut health issues, lose weight, hoping to reverse adverse health diagnosis such as T2DM and for those desiring a healthier lifestyle choice. The meals were not only fresh, delicious and easy to prepare BUT filling as well. Health With Bec is not for the short term. It's a lifestyle choice. In the first 3 months of 2025 my husband and I have been trialing some of the meals, then completed the 3WBR and are now in the Tribe, we have lost 10kgs EACH! We are feeling more energised, fitting into clothes we only dreamed of and enjoying our new lifestyle change. We have a new lease on life and look forward to continuing this way of life.

I have tried a lot of gut health diets and had my gut biome tested but found the meals to hard to stick with as I’m not much of a cook. This diet plan was so much easier! The first week I list 1.5kg without sticking to the measurements religiously but sticking to the meal plan . Week 2 I lost 0.5kg and the last week nothing. I have been struggling with anemia and low iron with a lot of gut pain. I have been feeling a lot better and feel that I need to embrace this way of eating permanently as it is definitely beneficial. My only sticking point is overdoing the wine on weekends!

I decided to join Heath with Bec and I recently completed the 3 week Body Reset. I loved the weekky menus and shopping lists provided, ir made everything so much easier. The food was delicious, loved making the dressings and marinades and sime of the snacks. I am not the best cook but this program has moved me out of my comfort zone of eating the same foods to cooking my meals and enjoying the variety. I have been taking photos of my meals. I lost over 4kgs during the Body Reset program and my measurements have changed. I have joined the tribe and will continue with maintaining my healthy eating and weight loss. I have had improved sleep, feel good, no sugar hangover and body has less pain. Thank you Bec and team for your inspiration to not give up and focus on the positive outcomes.

I’ve learnt so much about the effects a diet with lower carbs can have on your body. I couldn’t quite shift the middle age spread and although my BMI was within normal range , I wasn’t happy. I’ve been tired and sore and just flat and I lead a very active lifestyle and am heavily involved in horse riding and running the stud. I considered myself to be fit and healthy quite honestly. The most mind blowing thing for me was what happened to my hypertension. I have come completely off of one medication because my BP dropped so significantly and I’m busy winding down the second one now with careful BP monitoring. Can’t wait to go back and see my cardiologist and get his thoughts! This is a complete lifestyle change for me and although there is lots to learn, there is no going back for me. I was so happy with the results I got from the 3 week Body Reset, not just with my weight, but how I felt - my mood, and ability to deal with stress. So much so that I am continuing on to learn more and build on the progress I've made so far. I found it pretty easy, but I don't have a sweet tooth so I think that helped. Recipes and flavours are great. Highly recommend.

HALLELUJAH I have found my MOJO!! I have loved every meal in this Health with Bec 3wk Body Reset! Absolutely mind blown as to how great I feel at the end of Week 3. Not only have I lost 3kg in weight but I have lost 20cm all over, energy is up, muscle mass has increased & I'm starting to feel more like the old me! This is the first eating plan that I have followed (there has been alot over the last 10-15years) since menopause that has attacked my menopot belly. I've never thought of myself as being gluten or dairy free but I definitely feel so much lighter. I've always been very active with fitness so it has taken me a long time to retrain the brain that I can't just eat what I want based on calories I've burned. OMG without realising I was SO addicted to sugar. All those "healthy" high protein bars & low carb snacks were my nemesis... but I am seriously now a convert! Monkfruit sweetener is my new best friend and there are NO processed foods greeting anywhere near my grocery trolley. My cravings have stopped I don't feel hungry between meals, my 3pm slump has gone (even on work days getting up at 4am!). Your podcasts have been in my ears & providing valuable info daily - LOVE THEM! LOVE YOUR PLAN - THANKYOU SO MUCH BEC!!!

I went to my doctor asking for weight loss drugs, she said no, google “Health with Bec” (after losing 10kgs herself on the program). I did the 3 week’s reset and I’m 1/2 way through week 4, after joining the tribe, and have lost 4 kg so far. I am so happy. Sometimes I switch meals around, but that’s ok. I would recommend this program and my doctor was right, better to eat well than just take drugs! Thanks Bec

I am a working Mum with two small kids and I have just finished the 3WBR. I loved the program and this new healthy journey that I am now on. I had a real addiction to sugar before I started the plan, suffered from terrible headaches and a lack of energy that my dr put down to being a working mum!! I’ve tried to quit sugar a number of times in the past with no luck, I never thought it would be possible. Until now! I have been blown away with how amazing and successful this plan has been. I have lost weight and inches across my entire body, but more importantly I have so much more energy. I feel like myself again and had absolutely no issue quitting the sugar this time. This plan has changed my life and I feel like shouting it from the rooftops. Thank you for creating it, for the recipes and meal plans, the really useful food glossary and the incredibly supportive facebook group. If you are on the fence about joining this plan – just do it! You won’t regret it. Yes it’s a bit daunting at first and yes it is difficult at first, but so is anything worth while – you’ve got this!

This way of living has seriously changed my life. I've lived with Hashimoto's and food sensitivities for 10 years while my weight kept creeping upwards. I had tried different things to help combat this but nothing has worked quite like HWB. In three weeks I was down 3kg, didn't feel hungry and actually felt like I was nourishing my body. I'm almost 60 years old & had more than 10 kg to lose. I enjoyed the 3 week body reset: the vast majority of the recipes were delicious & easy to make & I loved the meal planner. Bec provides a significant amount of useful information about relevant health & nutrition topics through various media. The support on 3WBR Facebook group was great. I lost 6 kilos in 3 weeks, my body felt much calmer & I am continuing with the health with Bec tribe. I would highly recommend this approach to healthy eating!
