I went to my doctor asking for weight loss drugs, she said no, google “Health with Bec” (after losing 10kgs herself on the program). I did the 3 week’s reset and I’m 1/2 way through week 4, after joining the tribe, and have lost 4 kg so far. I am so happy. Sometimes I switch meals around, but that’s ok. I would recommend this program and my doctor was right, better to eat well than just take drugs! Thanks Bec

Bec's 3 week body reset has really opened my eyes to a new way of eating. I simply can't believe it is possible to eat this type of food and lose weight. I can definitely see there is longevity in following along with Health with Becs principles especially with all the support received from both Bec and the women in the Facebook groups. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to make some positive diet and lifestyle changes.

I am a working Mum with two small kids and I have just finished the 3WBR. I loved the program and this new healthy journey that I am now on. I had a real addiction to sugar before I started the plan, suffered from terrible headaches and a lack of energy that my dr put down to being a working mum!! I’ve tried to quit sugar a number of times in the past with no luck, I never thought it would be possible. Until now! I have been blown away with how amazing and successful this plan has been. I have lost weight and inches across my entire body, but more importantly I have so much more energy. I feel like myself again and had absolutely no issue quitting the sugar this time. This plan has changed my life and I feel like shouting it from the rooftops. Thank you for creating it, for the recipes and meal plans, the really useful food glossary and the incredibly supportive facebook group. If you are on the fence about joining this plan – just do it! You won’t regret it. Yes it’s a bit daunting at first and yes it is difficult at first, but so is anything worth while – you’ve got this!

I loved Bec’s 3 WBR program. Not only was it easy to cook the meals, the recipes required inexpensive every day groceries making it very affordable. I lost 4kg in 3 weeks and didn’t feel I was starving myself. My energy levels increased and my clothes fit so much better. Highly recommend

This way of living has seriously changed my life. I've lived with Hashimoto's and food sensitivities for 10 years while my weight kept creeping upwards. I had tried different things to help combat this but nothing has worked quite like HWB. In three weeks I was down 3kg, didn't feel hungry and actually felt like I was nourishing my body. I cannot recommend this program enough!

I'm almost 60 years old & had more than 10 kg to lose. I enjoyed the 3 week body reset: the vast majority of the recipes were delicious & easy to make & I loved the meal planner. Bec provides a significant amount of useful information about relevant health & nutrition topics through various media. The support on 3WBR Facebook group was great. I lost 6 kilos in 3 weeks, my body felt much calmer & I am continuing with the health with Bec tribe. I would highly recommend this approach to healthy eating!

I have just completed the 3 week Body Reset Program, & have decided to join Bec’s Tribe. I managed to lose 2kg’s, as well as reduced my measurements at my waist, breasts, upper arms, & thighs significantly. For the last few years I have found it difficult to lose any weight & have also been struggling with IBS. I have found that I have more energy, less bloating & generally more motivation to exercise because I am seeing results. I have really enjoyed the foods & I am looking forward continuing on the Bec’s program to help me lose even more weight.

Bec’s reset program is a worthy regime to follow. I am not a spring chicken and did want to lose some kilos; over the years my weight crept up and so did the bloating. I’ve never been a dieter per se, but I knew I needed to further change my eating habits, something that I didn’t starve on. Thankfully as promised there was ample food and I enjoyed it. I was happy to have two free meals per week. So good! The program is very informative, educational and enlightening. I had previously reduced my sugar intake, so did not really suffer those side effects. What I personally learnt was portion awareness, making better and new choices and a different perspective on food and the importance of protein and nutrients etc. I was committed to the reset program; however I didn’t get to fully complete the 3rd week due to unforeseen circumstances and I still was able to lose 3.5kgs. It’s great to find something that works. I am so grateful to have found Health with Bec. Obviously I have been singing the praises of this program, referring it to my friends and family!

After trying lots of different diets that never worked, I tried the 3 week reset by Health with Bec. We are travelling in a Toyota Coaster and don't have access to all all ingredients, kitchen tools etc. But we were still able to make the plan work. Although I didn't follow it to a tee, I still lost 16 cm off my body measurements. Not sure about weight as we don't have scales. Bloating has definitely gone down and feel better within myself. Would definitely recommend this lifestyle as it is already planned for you. Meals can be swapped as can the protein. Have loved all the recipes and they are large in comparison to a restrictive diet. My husband is obsessed with the pumpkin bread and we have just made the banana bread. Very happy with my progress and have just joined the tribe as I want to continue to learn and lose weight while enjoying beautiful food. Thanks Bec

After trying different ways to lose weight, I came across Health with Bec and have loved the journey so far! Having being so stuck in my routine of meals for years, and never eating anything other than a wrap, salad or soup for lunch, it was challenging to get my head around learning new habits and recipes, but boy has it been great. The recipes are next level delicious, no more plain old meat and steamed veg each night. So much variety and taste instead. All whilst losing weight! Learning the science behind it, with the macros is taking a bit of time, but as Bec says, it will come in time.

A friend introduced me to the Health with Bec 3 week body reset. Her results were impressive so I decided to give the plan a go. I'd put on 10kgs seemingly overnight as the result of perimenopause and needed to change something!! The plan was easy to follow, allowed for loads of food... more than I could eat, and actually worked without being restrictive. I even enjoyed the odd glass of my favorite wine. By following the principles of Bec's program (I mixed up the meals to accommodate my taste), I've dropped 6.2kgs and 9cm off my hips!! All in the 5 weeks I've been eating this way. Best of all, it doesn't feel like a diet.

I recently completed the 3 week body reset and have joined the Health with Bec Tribe. I'm really loving this new way of eating. I have always resisted the thought of low carb and no sugar, two things I would have said I couldn't do without, but this plan proved me wrong. After the initial withdrawal I feel amazing, more energy, more resilience and no sugar cravings! I don't need to lose a huge amount of weight and have lost 3kg but more importantly I'm leaner and my clothes are fitting better. I love the structure, the fact that all the calorie counting is done for me and that I have a variety of nutritious well balanced meals to choose from, with access to even more!

I was recommended the 3 week body reset by a friend. I had been struggling with peri menopausal symptoms for well over a year and felt nothing I was doing helped. I was so impressed after 3 weeks all my symptoms had gone away. The biggest difference for me was my constant dizzy spells had completely gone, my joints felt less inflamed and my stomach no longer bloated and sore. What an amazing way of eating. Super flexible, easy to follow recipes. My body feels so much healthier, always full & more energised. I would highly recommend. Everyone is so supportive & always ready to encourage when you feel like you are not doing it right. I love the attitude of the 80/20 theory, if you have a bad day, it is ok, just jump back on tomorrow. Been a game changer for me. Don’t wait for the right time, have a go now & you can adapted as you go. There is a lot of information which is so helpful but don’t try to do it all in a day.

Health with Bec - Bec’s 3 week body reset was amazing. Sugar cravings disappeared, as has my bloating. I have not felt hungry, in fact sometimes the meal sizes were too large for me. After reading Bec’s notes and listening to her podcasts I was able to navigate and construct the size of meals which suited me. Everything worked! I’ve lost 3 kilos, feel great and commenced with The Tribe this week. I thought I ate healthy meals before but now thanks to Bec I have a greater understanding of how foods work. Initially I was concerned that as I only had a few kilos to lose it may be very slow. But I’m now in the 58.5 kilo range and if I stay around that I will be very happy. K

Good afternoon Bec sorry I should have done this earlier with power and IT outages it just slipped my mind When I first started your plan I didn’t know how I would go as I’ve tried different regimes not very satisfactory after the first week I felt so good hadn’t felt like that for ages By the end of my 3weeks of reset I feel awesome no bloating lost inches and weight no anxiety I lost 2 kilos in weight I was thrilled because I thought it would take a few more weeks to loose anything I lost inches as well Bust. 1in Waist. 2 in Hips. 1.5 inch Notice in my clothes my pants are quit baggy now I’m really enjoying the range of foods and just been going the new Tribe plan they look amazing I would often have a glass of wine daily I had my first wine on Sat during my free time Surprisingly I didn’t miss it I’m thinking I had the wine to compensate my stress of my dissatisfaction of my body I’m looking forward to the next part of my journey Many Thanks Carol Sims Below before Photo will get an after one

I've just completed the 3 week body reset and WOW - I feel great! I lost 4.1kg (it went down, then up, then down again) but I had to trust the process - it's the long game..... So now I've joined the Tribe and I cant wait to lose more!!! What surprised me the most, was I actually ended up enjoying cooking!! I used to HATE cooking (my husband did it) and sometimes the recipes initially seem a little dawnting (time wise) BUT ACTUALLY, it was quite quick preparing the meals on a daily basis - about 30mins each night to prepare dinner (usual amount of time). I got rid of my sugar cravings, bloat and never felt starving! Oh and what ALSO surprised me was, I actually ENJOYED intermittent fasting and being OK with a bit of a hunger feeling. It's OK to feel hungry -we're meant too. Cave men didn't have fridges and pantry's full of food - did they?!

I originally joined this reset to lose weight (id tried so many different plans in the past and never lost to even keep it off) but found so much valuable information. I successfully lost weight in the 3 weeks however gained so much information, an understanding of what I should eat and when and feel in control of my future as a result of it. I look feel and am healthier as a result of taking this 3 weeks to invest in myself. I highly recommend it to other ladies (my husband also enjoys it and has changed his ways)
