After trying different ways to lose weight, I came across Health with Bec and have loved the journey so far! Having being so stuck in my routine of meals for years, and never eating anything other than a wrap, salad or soup for lunch, it was challenging to get my head around learning new habits and recipes, but boy has it been great. The recipes are next level delicious, no more plain old meat and steamed veg each night. So much variety and taste instead. All whilst losing weight! Learning the science behind it, with the macros is taking a bit of time, but as Bec says, it will come in time.
