I just purchased an electric bike FX 2 and love it so far. It started with my excellent experience at the store with Emil, who helped me understand more about e bikes and guided me patiently through the process of picking appropriate accessories, learning about the apps, and the maintaining services that Trek covers. Went on for a 15 mi ride and I felt happy to be able to ride again. The electric assist allowed me to tackle more challenging climbs that I would have avoided in the past, and enabled me to keep up with other more advanced cyclists.
