I had an outstanding experience shopping for a new bike at Trek East. It was such great sales help that I wanted to leave a review. Emil was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I didn't realize it at the time, but when I walked into the store they were about to close. He nonetheless worked with me for more than an hour as I test rode several bikes. He just didn't want to turn away someone who was excited to ride. I've always loved Trek. They take such good care of you when you buy a bike from them it's a great local company. Now I love them even more :). Can't recommend this store enough.

Emil was stellar. He provided extra mile service, took time to really talk me through my first trek purchase. I love my new bike. I went to 5 bike shops and did 12-15 test rides and by far received the best service from Trek. The service staff were really accommodating and were able to safely box my bike so I could fly home to Denmark with it. 10/10 recommend and can’t thank Emil and the staff enough. I mean, they even entertained my parents and answered their questions while I shopped for a good 2 hours.

Great service and top shelf knowledge. I had a crack in my frame and they helped to choose a new and accommodate all my needs since I am from out of town. Every staff member worked as a team. I would definitely recommend them and will be back again even though it’s a bit of a drive.

I was at this store picking up my new bike and was greeted by several staff as I entered. While I was there I looked around and saw lots of cool bikes and accessories. There is a nice wait area with coffee and other beverages to enjoy. Staff were friendly and professional. This was only my second visit to this store and it was a nice experience. Thank you.

I have bought a helmet, radar sendor, gloves bibs, mirror, and tire lube. When I had problems with installation of a mirror, they fixed it. They readily accepted a return on a light because I upgraded to radar light. They gave free advice.I also enjoy the Ride app and Trek radar app. I also like the free coffee.The staff is eilling to look up Trek website app to find aproduct.Great store and friendly knowledgable staff.

The sales person was the best. She made sure to get me in the bike that was best for me. The FX3 is a wonderful bike. I personally could not feel any difference in performance between the FX3 and FX5. The 5 is lighter, but rode very similarly for me.
