Kate was great and very helpful! I was glad I got to try a few bikes and seats out to find the right fit! It was great to have them put the water bottle holder and kickstand on right then and walk out with a great new bike that my husband surprised me with for my birthday. Also, my last Trek was a bike that's now about 15 years old - it is amazing to see how far the technology has come with the bikes since them! So excited to hit the road and was very excited to learn about Trek Vacations/tours!

Experienced and friendly staff. I bought my first road bike here in 2011 and the customer service has never been anything short of excellent since that time! I drive two hours to have them service my bike because I know it's done right! I also enjoy chatting about the rides we've done and rides we should consider. I highly recommend this place!

This spring, another technician told me my bike was in great condition and I was good to go for the season. I ride it once and my bike slipped out of gear. I took it back, 4 months later and only 19 miles. I was told I needed a new chain, gears and sprockets. Trek made it right for me, took care of what should have really been completed, because that technician no longer works there. Thank you Trek!!
