Service department did an excellent job on 3 bicycles needing work ranging from tearing down and cleaning and older Schwinn Moab mountain bike, minor tune up on a Cannondale mountain bike, and tires for a Cannondale Trail bike. Professional work in the time it was promised.

The customer service was great, and after taking my new Marlin 5 out for a ride this afternoon I could not be happier with my purchase. It has excellent balance, braking, and had no issues after I wiped out and hit it against multiple small boulders(rider error, not the bike's).

The Trek Broomfield crew has been outstanding every time I’ve visited. Their service manager has been working on every bike I have owned for the past 10 years, and has gone above and beyond every service. I drive past 30 other bike shops on my way to them and will never think about going anywhere else. Thanks for the service!

Absolutely AMAZING! We have been customers since the was the previous owner group. When they left we assumed having a big corporate name would be a bad thing. We (My wife and I) were WAY wrong! The team at Trek is amazing! Nice, knowledgable, affordable, and such quick turnaround times!

We took advantage of the winter maintenance price break Broomfield Trek was offering. Brought in my Trek Fuel EX 9.7 and my wife's Specialized FSR. These bikes were bought back in 2018 and although I did drive train and chain maintenance the shocks brakes and cables needed some love. Joe was our tech who went over each bike suggesting replacements and up grades. Now honestly I wasn't ready for the reality of Joe's assessment which was way more than I was hoping for. But after some thought and discussion over the components and what we would have on the two bikes it was amazing. Literally we received brand new bikes that would of cost thousands more if they were purchased today. Gary, George and the mechanic Jacob were fantastic, informative and super friendly. I can't say enough about these guys. We'll be back! and maybe bring some beer too. Thank you TREK.

Unreal customer service. I’ve been in a couple times since my partner bought a bike here. Every single person we’ve talked to has gone way above and beyond to make sure that we’ve been helped and to make sure to explain everything down to minute details to make sure we’re making the right choice. I even brought in my non-Trek bike after an issue with my gear shifting and they diagnosed for free giving me many options with how to proceed without once pressuring me into buying or spending money at the store. I ended up returning my old bike to a different store and buying a new bike here due to how impressed I’ve been by this store and the people that work here. I’d have a hard time going anywhere else.

This was the best experience I've ever had. I am brand new to biking and honestly I just don't know anything about bikes. Gary helped me and was SO patient. It was like I was the only person in the store. He explained all the different types of bikes, the benefits of each of them, and prepped me for each test drive I took. Even when I asked the same question, more than once, he was so patient with me. Then, when I went to pick up my bike a few days later, Scott helped me, and he was equally as nice and patient with me. He helped me practice clipping in and out of my shoes multiple times, showed me how to tighten the pedal release when I get better, and showed me how to adjust the seat. He helped me download the app for my power meter, and man, a bunch of other things. Again, I felt like I was the only person in the store. This was the best shopping experience I have ever had, and they have a customer for life in me. This is the BEST bike shop ever!!
