2 years ago I bought a Rail AXS Mountain Bike. This year I went back and got a Verve 4 for my wife. The staff from sales to service is top notch. A special shout out to Joe the manager for going above and beyond recently on a service issue with my Rail Mt Bike. They also took care of my Specialized Fat Boy bike for service. The whole crew is awesome and the shopping experience informative with no pressure, just information.
