Update: I just lifted 46 cases of champagne for work and I don't hurt. Four months after beginning care with Edmonds Family Chiropractic, I am so thankful I began this journey. I started going to this practice in mid-May this year and I am beyond happy with the care they have provided. My back pain began 2 years ago and I thought it would just be something I had to manage and live with. I felt real old real fast, only being 30 when this happened. I had a scary encounter with my laundry basket I went to lift it and tweaked my lower back so horrifically that I couldn't get up from the floor. The chronic pain was preventing me from doing my job and I constantly worried about traveling with any extended periods of walking.
They got me onto a plan where I am going twice weekly so far and I feel GREAT. I've stopped having dull aches in my lower back and I am no longer relying on tiger balm and ibuprofen to get me through the day. It feels almost too good to be true. I can't recommend this place enough to my friends and family. It is a little expensive depending on your insurance of course, but the amount is worth it!
