Dan arrived just before appointment time and immediately got to work. The piano was a recent private purchase so we had little idea whether it needed a lot of work or not. Dan is very pleasant and helpful, and he talked us through what he was doing, his judgement of the condition of the piano and explained how we should look after the piano going forward.
