I have to admit I was not entirely sure how good these meals were going to be. I had tried a few companies and felt like money was wasted. One of the meals was a pork chop with sweet potatoes. I was pretty sure that was going to be a little dry. Well, that pork chop was the best I’ve ever eaten in my life! My husband was shocked how delicious it was.

I have been using this service for several months now. I have been using a home delivery for my meals since 2016 and have never had a provider provide this high quality of meals and nutrition Fresh and Tasty offers salads and fish every week. She has incredibly Innovative breakfast foods like Chia vanilla and chocolate pudding, various kinds of oats. This business could make a business out of just their soups alone they are so fresh.
When you are a customer of fresh and tasty you get to sample many different types of cuisine. They really do a good job with Peruvian foods and the flavor of their meals makes it hard for me to go out to eat anymore. I'm always disappointed when I go to restaurants now. More importantly than anything, the owner is a pleasure to deal with and always helpful.

Valentina cooks everything with love and the most Fresh and quality ingredients. I love that the items change weekly, and some are staples that stay each week.
