Trek has an amazing product-line and customer service mindset; in-line with which, I had an amazing experience with this Trek store. They have extremely knowledgeable and keen-to-help staff both at the store front and at the back. Patrick is a praise-worthy store manager who went above and beyond with each of my requests, and spent hours figuring out the best options and deals for me. The store is a fair bit out of my way, but it is my new favourite local bicycle store.

Shout out to Blaine !!! Thanks so much for helping us out with the chain and chain ring while we were heading south on the Ohio to Erie Trail. Made the last 20 miles into Columbus along with the next 2 days to Cincinnati much better. Great support, friendly and knowledgeable. Any locals to Westerville or on the OTET should pay a visit to the team at Trek Westerville.

I brought my wife's etrike in to work on the brakes. Not only did they immediately start the repairs, but they went above and beyond to adjust the handlebars, the front fender. They were fast, efficient and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done on any brand of bike.
I thought I would be dropping the bike off and coming back days later when they could "get around to it." Instead they were done within 15 minutes and I was out the door with my repaired etrike.
They are amazing!

I went to see if they sell trikes for adults and they didn't. I asked if I bought one would they assemble it for me. They said yes and they did an EXCELLENT job I'm almost 80 so would have been tough for me. Thanks Patrick and Trek Team in Westerville!!

My husband and I stopped in while riding OTET. I needed electrolyte powder and found some immediately. Patrick also directed me to another shelf with additional options. I love how the store has access from the trail side and a bike rack to use while shopping. I also noticed a water cooler right inside the back door beside a bathroom. Great option for traveling bikers. Thank you for thinking of everything!!!
