Had my norco bike serviced by Michael done a great job. Had to take back as things had loosened as do after service and new parts... Chain,gears ect. One spoke Had come off went in today after work and Darren fixed tge spoke even though he had finished for tge day. So I could get to work tomorrow. Wonderful customer service, fixed my bike in minutes. I stopped by because my gears weren’t shifting up and down properly, and was preparing myself for a full service, but they managed to fix my problem straight away without any fees. Our local Bike shop was outstanding in the service provided .stoped on our way to a ride to the beach , My daughter‘s bike was playing up dropped in for a chat about the problem the gentleman which I think was the owner put the bike on a stand and fix it right there and then we were on our way to our bike ride , Which made the family happy that we could continue on thank you real old Fashion service .
