The boys at Williamstown cycles gal were amazing! Just getting into the road bike scene coming from mtb and they helped me with everything I needed to know and more. I test rode bikes for over an hour just to get a feel with what I wanted, Daniel and the boys were amazing through the whole process and I was more then happy to give them the money for the bike due to their awesome service unlike other bike stores! Will definitely be back for road gear and servicing my bikes!

I live locally but have been to many bike shops all around Australia. In all honesty this is probably the best. I bought a new bike here a few months ago and have been back a few times getting a couple of things sorted out. I'm very much an amateur when it comes to bikes, and the staff here have always been extremely friendly and patient with me.
