hey just wanting to let my appreciation for the team at williamstown (especially for JUDE, ANGUS, MATTY AND DARREN (also BRADLEY (who helped me back in docklands)).. because they went over the top to help my clumsy self who kept "crashing" on my bike and in a way during this "COVID19" times and the fact that they are really busy, they go far away and beyond to try and help me to get me on my way back in the road.. I also want to give a special shout out to Jude who helped me about everything that I needed.. even explained everything when I wanted to gift my dad with a new bike and ended up buying a new one... also special thank you to Jude for fixing my own bike that I somehow managed to snap something on the back derailleur before the xmas season but he managed to fix everything in time!! Really can't thank Jude enough for helping me!! Really appreaciate it man!! again i really want to thank the team at williamstown for really saving my life!!

No major issues with this place, bought a Marlin 7 for myself, the set screw was not adjusted correctly on the shifter arm so it did allow the chain to slip past first gear, told them the issue, brought it down and was fixed on the spot. Happy with the service and professionalism.

It's easy to buy bike from cycle galleria, call Eastland and was redirected to Williamstown as i live in West. James was excellent in handling and sorting out my order between stores. He arrange and corrected my order and even managed to do a price match. Very happy with the savings. Bike was set up and delivered within a week. Delivery was prompt and delivery staff is excellent too( with mascot Sparkle to brighten the day too)
