Just went to the store in Williamstown. Ive been to 7 bike shops in the past two weeks, 7. Most didnt have what I was looking for, some did but were arrogant and so I refused to purchase.
I was lucky enough to have found the kind of bike im looking for here. Andrew was awesome. He gave me full attention, didnt rush me, concidered my thoughts and feedback and shared his knowledge in a clear and insightful way. Im clearly a noob but Andrew was extremely helpful and non judgemental. Andrew knows his stuff, how to make a sale, and how to keep a customer.

Bradley was fantastic! He gave me great advice instead of the hard sell. I'll be buying more bikes at Cycles Galleria Williamstown! Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff. This is just what you want in a bike store: quality products, reasonable prices, and a staff that is both knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to help you out even if you have "dumb" questions. Not only do I need "stuff" I need a mechanic and I'd feel perfectly comfortable bringing my rig to this store.
