After seeking advice from Trek Bicycle Williamstown staff, Ollie, Beth and manager Daniel, I purchased my first Dual Sport 2 Stagger Galactic Grey e-bike. Couldn't be happier! I found everything I needed in the store to get me on the road such a Bontrager backrack deluxe small with a bag utility trunk that nicely secures to the backrack, water bottle with matching elite ocean cage, Starvos Wavecel helmet, Trek circuit twin gel gloves, Bontrager elite key folding lock (highly recommended) and bike pump charger. Daniel kindly ordered/fitted a set of Bontrager fenders (mudguards) and kept me up to date of expected delivery. The team are truly professional, go the extra mile to assist you and I can drop in anytime if I have any questions or my e-bike requires adjustment.
