AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is the 3rd road bike I have have bought for my sons. Mel, Leanna (not sure on the spelling)and Tom are amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always so friendly. We travel from Werribee to go here, we wouldn't by a bike anywhere else. Love this place! Thanks guys for making this experience so great for all our family.

Went here after Bike Shop in Newport said he couldn't fix hydraulic brakes! The mechanic fixed my bike within a day (even though he told me he was very busy) When i picked up the bike he mentioned a tube needed replacing and back tyre was on it last legs (which it was!) and he replaced both right there and then within 5 minutes. Good price too! Will go there again!

Love this store! Mel and Tom have been amazing in ordering and getting me set up and happy on my new Cannondale track bike. Great customer service and a very comfortable and down to earth environment, which is sadly lacking in so many other bike shops. A !

Great customer service! Manager of the store stayed back after hours to complete fitting my new wheels so I could make the shop ride! Never has a bike store offered me this type of customer service. Also all of the staff have kept me up to date with the status of my service, the cost and any parts that needed to be ordered and the delay. This doesn't happen in most stores but certainly happens here. After rocking up for my first shop ride, I was welcomed by all members of staff and riders alike. Great group of guys and ladies. Will keep coming back for all my needs and the shop rides are great!

Just bought THE most amazing bike. Andre was great at helping me pick one and Jules did a fab job fitting it. Having not been on a bike in years was a little nervous but these guys could not have made me more confident. Thanks so much! I am LOVING being back on 2 wheels even if i am super wobbly!

Overall, the team at Cycles Galleria are helpful and service is good. Every now and then there's an issue with mechanics not paying close enough attention, but they're quick to rectify.

The staff at this bike shop definitely know their stuff and it is clear they all have a passion for bikes. I have seen some views have rated a 1 which in my opinion you did not spend enough time in the shop or ran out of patience. All I can say is be patient because once you have been through the process of a new sale and discussed the pros and negs of individual bikes you will be very much satisfied, thankful and educated especially if you are a beginner to mountain bike riding. Don’t focus on someone’s personality but rather focus on the expertise and industry know how. David was very good with my 10 year old daughter and showed her how to do everything even change a tyre the right way. We spent a total of 4 hours in this shop over 2 visits discussing and testing bikes and I am so glad we did. I have confidence in regards to the after sales service hence why I bought local to take advantage of this convenient service

overall quite well laid out and clean, when I came in I was greeted by the customer service lady. After a bit of awkwardness due to her attempt of conversation, we got into business. I ask about a product which she knew most of the answers to, when it came to a technical question. she said she will ask her boss. He did answer the question, but he answered it like I wasn't even there. I was standing maybe 1 meter from him and the only person in store. Pretty bad customer service in my point f view

It was ok , took 3 days longer than expected ,cost WAYYYY more than expected ,had two new tubes put in ,they didn't pump enough air in and when I went to pump them up I found different valve stems , but I'm sure they will have a 80 dollar pump I can buy ,so that's good .... Be prepared for super salesman to upsell anything you look at ,take a big bucket full of cash and you'll be sweet .

My brother is in a wheelchair and we had previously purchased new tubes and tyres last year and they happily changed them over. Last week I ordered new tubes and tyres again and bike mechanic manger refused to changed the new tyres and tubes for my brother on his wheelchair. The reason was he said he breaks tools trying to change them. Shocking service , shocking help. No wheel chair access to get into shop either which is non compliant. I was speechless and disappointed. Sounds like discrimination towards the disability community!!!

So this is a weird one.. went in and bought a rear carrier and asked them to attach it, and when I picked up the bike the mud guard was over the carrier Mechanic yells it doesn’t fit?! So I head home and attach it underneath in 1 min Lachlan was great but the mechanic is obviously having a bad day and cbf’d the job I’ve gone from being a potential happy repeat customer, to a disrespected, single visit, never to go there again customer ;) they are a bit expensive also Pics for a laugh!

Booked in a service weeks in advance, specifically detailed the exact brand and model of bike and detailed an issue with the wear of alignment of brakes. After they finished and we picked it up, was told "didn't have anything in stock, they'll probably need replacing at some point". They failed when we were halfway home so had to walk the bike the rest of the way. Will have to take them elsewhere to actually get repaired. A complete waste of everyone's time.

My wife took her bike in for brake pads and they quoted her 660 to service and repair necessary items which included two new wheels. Front wheel was absolutely fine and rear wheel only needed a new spoke. When I went to get the spoke replaced they refused. Then they also refused to give me a new spoke so I could fix the wheel. Not every going back there again. When did the vehicle service approach of rip off woman migrate to bicycle industry?
