I recently had 3 spokes break on the back wheel of my Trek FX3 all in a 5 week period, the team at Trek Williamstown have been very helpful looking into this, the repair time on last spoke was same day return. I will certainly be going back to them for future service, parts and accessories.

Really rare these days to see such a commitment to customer service. Popped in to have two new tubeless tyres fitted today and a once over, mechanic came out to run me through exactly what had been done to the bike & why and was thorough & knowledgable. Would recommend!

Picked up my cruiser today, highly recommend this shop. Go see Darren, he is very knowledgeable about bikes and was not pushy with sales unlike other bike shops whos interest is to push you to buy a $1000 plus bike.
