The south side Trek Bike store on Southeast Military drive is 23 miles away from my house. There’s three others that are a lot closer, but Michael at the store on Southeast Military drive was very patient and knowledgeable and friendly. Three important characteristics of a good customer service representative. I’ll go back to him for my 30 day readjustment on my new FX 3 and for all my other services as needed.
