Had a flat , came in without warning and received terrific on the spot repairs. They didn’t have to put their work aside for me. Then received excellent advice on buying a few extra things. Jake and colleague, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled.

When my family and I were doing a bike ride through the south missions area. I got a flat tire and had to limp to the store. We told the staff of our situation and even though they were fully booked, Jake and his colleague were super accommodating and were able to fix my flat tire within 10 minutes. They also helped us pick out a bike repair kit. The team here were super friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely be back to get a full service as the team here were excellent. Highly recommended!

We stopped into the Trek Bicycle Store of San Antonio with a flat tire and honestly could not have asked for better service. The team took excellent care of us — and then some. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to jump in and help.
What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their professionalism and genuine kindness. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and their bikes.
Highly recommend this shop if you’re ever in a pinch or just need great, reliable bike service in San Antonio. We’ll definitely be back! ♀️
