I was skeptical of the 4.9 rating with this place but after being helped by the mgr (Jeff?) and salesman Zack I can say the reviews are spot on! Trek brand has 1000 combinations of bicycles and these guys boiled it down so I could understand the best frame for my style of riding, they allowed me to test ride four bikes on a trail nearby that had jumps, hills, etc. Then over the course of the next few days we found the components that fit my budget and I love the bike I got! Week later I
went back to replace the stock seat (which is often times awful) they gave me a nice discount on a new seat.

I had a great experience shopping for an e-bike at Trek Bicycle El Dorado Hills. Jeff’s approach was relaxed and informative and he patiently worked with me to find the perfect bike for me. I was able to test ride several bikes before deciding on the one I wanted. Jeff then prepped the bike and installed some add ons I wanted. His no pressure approach and expertise made for a nice experience. After shopping at 3 other stores that day, I can say this store and Jeff provided the best experience!

Trek is my favorite brand for last 20 years. All seven bikes in my family are Trek made. El Dorado Hills store staff as always is very professional, friendly and the service is very good. They even helped me to load new Trek bike to my truck. I’m very satisfied customer. ))
