Just posted this on their eval site. Wouldn't say anything different here: So, first of all, Trek is a brand I trust thoroughly. So when it came time for me to buy an e-bike, I didn't really waste a lot of time sorting through the hundreds of possibilities. Plus I had two close friends with Trek Marlins, and they loved them. Finally, Mike is the best. He dialed me in very quickly, figured me out, i.e., that I had a lot of biking experience but near zero with e bikes. So he was thorough in answering my questions, and knew not to waste a lot of time on stuff I was already likely to know. Mike is also a completely honest broker, and looks you in the eye when talking to you. I'm old fashioned that way, so I give him high marks for being a good human being. The reason I went to EDH Trek was because my friends had recently purchsed their Trek e-bikes there and liked the people there. I completely agreed after my experience. Would not even hesitate to send friends and family there for any bike needs.
