I am a beginner in the world of cycling,I just know how to ride and just it,my friend told me about Trek brand and did not know that there is a direct manage shop here in Toyama,I went there last year and the staff was attentive and friendly ask me what type of bike I was looking for and told them that I was looking commuting bicycle and offered me some of their bicycle and told me the features of it they are very knowledgable and ever since I always go there to buy some accessories and seek some advices,then last week I told them that I am planning to enter into road cycling at first I thought they gonna offer me some of earo bikes,but instead they offer me an endurance bike, since I am a beginner in road cycling they thought going to earo type of bike might gave a toll in my physical health,instead of jumping to earo they want to first to prepare my body by using and endurance bike and I really appreciate that of course they thought of profit but going beyond the miles by guiding a beginner cyclist like me and to think I’m a foreigner though I can speak a little of Japanese language but not that much,imagine the effort they gave to me so that I can have a bicycle which is suited for me at this time,because of their effort I am happy that I bought my 2nd bicycle here and looking forward to my road adventure,sorry it took too long I just want to share my experience in this shop,maybe some foreigner like me looking for a bicycle I hope this might help.
