I was a novice producing my own cover songs. I wanted to distribute my work to friends but I wanted to do it legally. I found Easy Song to be THE MOST approachable business to acquire the mechanical rights for my cover songs. What is usually a nightmare for me at CD release time—pushing my artistic, musical, right-brain into terrible, contorted positions, trying to figure out federal filings, copyrights, publishing, etc, the folks at EasySong.com has made into a breeze. And at a very fair price. But for me, the thing that sets them apart—from ANY online company I’ve dealt with in recent memory—is the unbelievably fantastic customer service and tech support they gave me while I was navigating my way through the process. One cannot get better service than I got from Sam, Adam, Tim, and Mark, who even responded to my email at 9pm, long after he had left the office! (Better not let THAT get out!!!)
