My church was planning a live-streamed Christmas show. I knew I needed licensing for the songs we wanted to perform, but didn't know exactly what was needed. After typing in various licensing questions on Google, I happened on to the Easy Song Licensing website. I was super excited because their site is so informative and easy to understand. With examples and simple language they explain the different types of licensing needed for different situations. This was extremely helpful. I filled out my licensing requests and easily paid the fee to get the process started. Unfortunately, COVID challenges got our show planning off to a LATE start and I wasn't sure if the licensing would come through in time. Once I submitted my request, I quickly heard back from Tim Kosel. In detail he explained that due to the time needed for the license to clear he did not think I would obtain it in time for our show. He offered me a refund and said he would be doing me a "disservice" if he took my money. He also said, "There are a lot of variables outside of our control, but we always like to educate our clients the best we can to break down all logistics for music rights permissions." He refunded my money immediately and continued to assist me by answering some other questions I had. Honesty and integrity are still alive! I appreciate that and I can't wait to use their services in the future!

There was initially an typo error with the license that I purchased, which consequently was printed in my album artwork. Customer service was A and helped resolve the problem. I first contacted Aaron and Easy Song Licensing back in November 2017 and was very pleased with the results: Aaron managed to get approval for some song adaptations and licences for my project and I was very happy even then with the very friendly treatment, the patience, the everything.
Then the project was on hold, but when I had some problems with finalising the licences over a year later, Aaron just jumped right back in as if not a day had passed and managed to sort out the problem.
