2nd time buying a bike from this store and the service has always been great! Never seem to be pushy, always patient to listen to our needs and what we're looking for... They were all seem to be passionate about bikes and willing to discuss and talk about them and any potential upgrades in the future.
But the recent experience has been really amazing and I want to personally call out Iman from Trek Essendon cause I asked her to help source a bike from a Sydney store, set it up on display and was willing to play along to help me organise a brand new bike suprise for my wife! My wife just recovered from a bike accident and was in tears walking into a bike shop knowing there was already a brand new bike in her size sitting for her...

Great service and team. Always willing to tweak a few little things without any hassle or fee. Booked for service, brought bike in pre service to check if any parts will be needed. Returned for the service, check chain tension, rear hub had some give, plus replaced handlebar tape with my own. Thorough job, knowledgeable team and a pleasure to leave my bike in good hands.

I happened to ask if these lads could help inflate an exercise ball for my pregnant wife… Yano given all the pumps and pins (which I didn’t have at home). Not only did worker Owen do this he then proceeded to plug a hole in said exercise ball. This is a great helpful shop with a good sense of community spirit!
