I phoned first with questions, Mark was so helpful, took me through information on various websites, listened to what type of bike I was after, was extremely knowledgeable and caring. There was a bike I wanted to try for size at the shop, he took time showing me options and provided me with tips and checked sizing on the websites to compare technical bike specs. From now on I will always visit Rapido Cycles first for all my bike needs and I highly recommend you to do the same. What a lovely and helpful team of people, good 'old fashioned' customer service. Highly recommend the premium bike service after an excellent experience with Rapido cycles.
Yngve was responsive and helpful with his communication before and throughout the process.
Upon receiving the bike back after a couple of days (sticking to the expected timeframe) it's now running better than it has before. Julian (mechanic) took his time to address all the problem areas, and explained the work that he had done upon collection.
These guys are genuine bike people!
