Highly recommend the premium bike service after an excellent experience with Rapido cycles.
Yngve was responsive and helpful with his communication before and throughout the process.
Upon receiving the bike back after a couple of days (sticking to the expected timeframe) it's now running better than it has before. Julian (mechanic) took his time to address all the problem areas, and explained the work that he had done upon collection.
These guys are genuine bike people!

I want to share a "poor" experience that these guys made amazing. I needed to buy a Quad Lock case for my phone because I was travelling and left mine at home. Rapido had the universal mount in stock but we didn't know at the time it wouldn't work on my Pixel 3 (glass back = the double sided tape won't stick properly for some reason). We tried loads of stuff and they even used some industrial strength tape to see if they could supplement it for me. When that didn't work, they gave me a refund. I am sorry I couldn't support them more on this occasion but I will be going back and encourage people to check out their obvious 5* service. Thank you!

Highly recommend they have very good customer service especially thanks to Nick. They tell you everything you need to know and they show you a variety of accessories they you might need for your bike wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

I went in and spoke with Julian the mechanic. Was really helpful and got to my bike pretty quickly and helped me get back on it. Really good to see a younger bloke with a good head.
