Glen the on site mechanic went right out of his way to ensure that I had a complete understanding of what had to be done and more importantly what I had to do to keep my very expensive pride and joy Cannondale synapses in tip top working order.

Purchased my first MTB in over 10 years at Rapido, I went to 3 local bike shops on that day and Rapido topped the other two in customer service by a big notch, Brendan from there was very easy to deal with, friendly and knew exactly what i needed to suit my budget and needs. ended up spending a little over my budget (who doesn't haha) but got everything i wanted and more Very happy with Rapido and will be returning

Long time customer of Rapido, very accommodating and helpful service. Just note that, at the moment, bike servicing requires pre booking and can take up to 2 months to turn around due to covid backlog

I purchased a new commuter from Rapido late last year. Rapido were happy to discuss price and communicated clearly throughout the purchase. Since then I've had to return for two minor issues with the bike. Rapido have been quick and easy to deal with on both occasions. In particular Glenn was more than willing to explain the issue and advise on how to prevent and address if needed in the future. Happy customer.

This shop has tried to rip me off more than enough times, first by continually re-lubing a rear hub that I found needed a cone replacement. Second trying to sell me a consumable part for well above cost price. After years of coming to this shop as a local (since you were Niddrie Cycles) I'm no longer in the position to pay your overheads because you choose to run a massive showroom! There are more honest providers elsewhere.

Will never go back!! Booked into this business for a service 10 days ago and was not even given a curtesy phone call to say the booking had been changed. Blamed their computer system!! Attitude was very poor.

Walked in with another random lady. She gets served with 2 minutes. I stand around waiting for help while 2 other workers doing nothing not even attempting to see if I need help. Great customer service....u lost a buyer that was very interested in a $700 bike. First impressions last. Never returning thats for sure.

These people are rude. And while dealing with them if in any chance you ask for options in lower range, they will straight away suggest you to go to K Mart. I guess everyone check the option on lowest price before finalising anything. But it doesn't mean that they start suggesting for KMart. In this Covid it's hard to buy things so trying to buy everything over phone. But it seems Rapido is not very hungry in doing deals over phone. Good luck guys with your rudeness.

was verbally abused by a male staff member,very poor attitude towards woman, ,disrespectful to woman ,was hung up on, charged me more then quoted, had bike for a week until i was notified they need to order part and was promised a good discount-never got it. the staff member wouldn't give me their name when asked for it, not surprised after the way i was spoken to and no apology was given. Never been treated so poorly and abused in such a manner. They should be ashamed of themselves, was told i would get a bit of a refund,went back down there,changed their minds. And they expect a customer to walk out happy? Manager?? is this how customers are treated?

Booked my bike in for a service on a Friday. Dropped it off the day before (Thursday). Rung up late on the Friday to see when it would be ready to pick up. They said that it hadn't been started yet and it would be ready by lunch time on Saturday. Not good enough - they were given extra time, it was written in their bookings diary and they did not deliver on their promise.Took it elsewhere and won't be going back again.
