I was a bit adamant going into Rapido from some comments i heard of, but i was in a bit of bike troubles on the way home. They saw the problem straight away and i thought i will give them the benefit of the doubt and get them to fix the bike rear bike wheel. 5 Days later picked bike up and due to wear and tear they fixed the problem and found other faults on my bike i wasnt aware of which made me trust them even more. The bike is running like a dream and Peter the Mechanic has got my trust in him to service my bike when it's due. Over all very impressed with the service and price was reasonable and quick service time.

Stephen at Rapido just took delivery of my Cervelo S3 I bought from a third party, within a morning he had it boxed beautifully and shipped to the Northern Beaches in Sydney. I took delivery of the Bike today and its perfect! Helpful great service and a pleasure to deal with. Wish these guys were in Sydney!

Purchased my first MTB in over 10 years at Rapido, I went to 3 local bike shops on that day and Rapido topped the other two in customer service by a big notch, Brendan from there was very easy to deal with, friendly and knew exactly what i needed to suit my budget and needs. ended up spending a little over my budget (who doesn't haha) but got everything i wanted and more
