I want to share a "poor" experience that these guys made amazing. I needed to buy a Quad Lock case for my phone because I was travelling and left mine at home. Rapido had the universal mount in stock but we didn't know at the time it wouldn't work on my Pixel 3 (glass back = the double sided tape won't stick properly for some reason). We tried loads of stuff and they even used some industrial strength tape to see if they could supplement it for me. When that didn't work, they gave me a refund. I am sorry I couldn't support them more on this occasion but I will be going back and encourage people to check out their obvious 5* service. Thank you!

Highly recommend they have very good customer service especially thanks to Nick. They tell you everything you need to know and they show you a variety of accessories they you might need for your bike wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

I went in and spoke with Julian the mechanic. Was really helpful and got to my bike pretty quickly and helped me get back on it. Really good to see a younger bloke with a good head.

I was a bit adamant going into Rapido from some comments i heard of, but i was in a bit of bike troubles on the way home. They saw the problem straight away and i thought i will give them the benefit of the doubt and get them to fix the bike rear bike wheel. 5 Days later picked bike up and due to wear and tear they fixed the problem and found other faults on my bike i wasnt aware of which made me trust them even more. The bike is running like a dream and Peter the Mechanic has got my trust in him to service my bike when it's due. Over all very impressed with the service and price was reasonable and quick service time.
