Owen H. of Essendon Trek, was the absolute best, he is an absolute asset to the team up there. He was super friendly and happy to help anyone who came through, the door. Watched him work with a young mother and two kids, fix a scooter, before he came to help me.
He kept me informed when my bike was being built trough phone calls, and information about build issues with the bike. I really apricated the communication skills.
he also took lots of time with me, to run through the full product of my new Rail 7, together I think we spent close to an hour, going through everything, both the phone app, setting, pressures, other items it was close to 10 years since my last new bike
he also remembered me by name, when I have come back to the store, when it had been over a month. I cant remember the last time, I have gotten this level of customer service.

I’m not a Trekkie (yet) so was hesitant at first, but needn’t have worried. All staff are super friendly and professional…first when I upgraded to tubeless wheels and tyres. Then not long after, I punctured a tyre beyond re-sealing. Richard assessed the best remedy and kindly offered the same tyre at the same discounted price I paid months ago. Thank you Richard and Reuben for your awesome advice and service!
