Trek Essendon have always been accomodating with bike servicing and client assistance. The sales staff are friendly and helpful with any questions I’ve had. The bike mechanics are perfectionists and besides keeping my bikes in good working order they offer advice on future care to avoid unnecessary repairs.

I am racing in my first triathlon this weekend. This morning I was a bit worried about my bike I called Trek, with no hesitation they told me to come in and have it looked at. The bike mechanic, I regret not getting his name was fantastic. He spent time looking over the bike and explaining to me what he was doing. Trek was busy I didn’t have an appointment! He wasn’t rushed and I really appreciated the effort ! I won’t go anywhere else now, I’ve been there a couple times and they’re a great bunch! Highly recommend! I should have brought him a coffee. Thankyou again guys !

Popped a tyre nearby and was lucky enough to be close by. Lucky because my bike got fixed by Jude and he was an absolute legend. Not only is he a wizz with bikes but he was friendly and gave me some noteworthy advice on things the bike needed better care on. I was in and out of their in no time, exceptionally quick. Would be worth going a little out of your way for this level of skill and service.

As such I’ve been in the shop multiple times over a short span and have interacted with most of the staff.
