This was a big purchase for me and the staff made a big difference in the process. I thought i knew what i wanted, was able to test ride that, but the suggested second choice did match what i needed better. only one ride since, but cannot wait to get back out there. Awesome customer service. A young man at the store took the time to speak with my wife and I in relation to a kids bike. For a young man (16 - 18) his knowledge and love for bikes and cycling was evident in how he dealt with us.
Of course we went to another store close by to compare prices. Due to poor costumer service from the other store we left and made our way back to Trek.
Definitely recommend Trek on Keilor Road for their customer service and range.
