Had a really great experience here with staff who took the time to help me with some clothing and other equipment purchases. They have plenty of bikes and other equipment on display at competitive prices. They also have a fully equipped workshop for your servicing needs. My mum was visiting from Wisconsin and is very loyal to the Trek brand. She was here in Melbourne for the first time to help me after my recent knee surgery, so we really didn’t get the chance to explore around the city and find her a proper souvenir. Roy gave her outstanding customer service, helping her find a cycling jersey that said “Melbourne” on it that she could take home as a memory of her first trip to my new home. He made her feel so welcome and special. She couldn’t stop talking about it when she came back to my house. A particularly large product selection at the Essendon store very reasonable prices too. Welcoming staff and massive workshop! Needed a specific seat post clamp for mounting a pannier and Richard took the time to scour the small parts area for the right component.
