GREATEST BIKE SHOP IN AUSTRALIA!!! Seriously these guys are fantastic. I took in my kids' bike because I couldn't get the tyres to blow up. James checked it over blew up the tyres for me and they gave it a great safety inspection. This even included the manager riding the bike and checking that it was okay. Aaron was amazing and I could not believe the excellent and caring customer service that he gave me. All the staff were super friendly and I am so grateful to them. So don't look further- Rapido Cycles in Niddrie are the best !!! Thanks guys you made some young girls who wanted a bike ride very happy :)

If I could put more than 5 stars I would! Big shout out to Mark A - absolutely amazing customer service. I phoned first with questions, Mark was so helpful, took me through information on various websites, listened to what type of bike I was after, was extremely knowledgeable and caring. There was a bike I wanted to try for size at the shop, he took time showing me options and provided me with tips and checked sizing on the websites to compare technical bike specs. From now on I will always visit Rapido Cycles first for all my bike needs and I highly recommend you to do the same. What a lovely and helpful team of people, good 'old fashioned' customer service.
