I recently visited the Trek Bicycle shop due to an issue with my bike’s gear set, and I must say the experience was outstanding. Mr. Alex attended to my concern with great patience and professionalism. He carefully listened to the issue and resolved it within just a few minutes by replacing the faulty part.
I was truly impressed by his efficiency, expertise, and courteous approach. It’s rare to find such prompt and customer-focused service. I had a wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend Trek Bicycle shop to all cycling enthusiasts looking for reliable and excellent service.

This place has the friendliest staff of any bike shop I've been to. Last week, I came in with a wonky wheel and inquired about a true-up. The mechanic explained that my tire was the primary issue, and offered to replace it. When I came back to pick it up, they'd adjusted my brakes, too; I didn't even realize how much they'd helped me until after I left. I really felt cared for.
