The repair shop is helpful and patiently explains everything that needs to be done, which I appreciate, because I do not know how to make technical repairs myself and am not well-versed in all of the parts of my e-bike. I also really like that the repair shop answers my questions and gives multiple solutions to issues to work with a customer’s budget. Best to call ahead to ask about the shop’s availability for bigger issues and tune-ups but I’ve also been helped day of with a flat tire before. The retail side of the store is also very helpful with finding gear within my budget and for my riding needs. Great customer service!

Trek Bikes Georgetown is fantastic! The manager, Chris, and Alex in the service shop are always friendly, helpful, and honest. They take the time to explain what’s needed (and what’s not), and you can really tell they care about their customers and their bikes. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great service, expertise, and genuine integrity — but this one does. Highly recommend!

The BEST bike shop in DC !!! I have been buying bicycles from this location for decades. Not only are the Trek bikes amazing, but the service is exemplary. Top notch. And they bend over backwards to ensure that you are happy. I cannot say enough good things about this bike shop. So, when considering where to buy a bike, and bring your bike in for maintenance, look here first.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Trek Georgetown! Chris, Ward, Ana, Gabriel & Dean were exceptional at every turn of my road bike purchase journey. They take the time to listen to what you’re looking for and the care to present the best (and safest) options. I can’t thank them enough for their patience as I worked my way through the process. I had the best experience renting a bike from Trek Georgetown. The staff was warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful and supportive. The bike was in great condition and I had no issues on my 5-hour ride. I would recommend the shop to anyone, and will be coming back soon to rent again!
