Excellent service and experience at their shop! Only good thing about getting a flat tire is getting it within a block of this great bike shop. Salty Steve and Jackson welcomed me, and Jackson went above and beyond fixing my tire (took the initiate to check both, top off the sealent/stanz, and check my chain and nuts and bolts). Didn't try to oversell me and just gave expert service. HUGE THANK YOU!!

Great experience at Trek Bikes in Corte Madera. They helped me warranty a defective frame. Jackson was super friendly and kept me up to date on the whole process. All the employees are real nice and thoughtful. I haven't had the same luck at most bike stores in Marin. Don't hesitate to do business at this Trek location!

My experience was great. I bought my Trek Domane SLR 9 from Steve M, and he was really helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. The bike tech made sure everything was installed and adjusted. everyone was really helpful, friendly, and knew their product.
