Matt and the whole staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. I dropped my Roscoe bike off for service and ended up purchasing two new bikes for my kids. Matt was very patient with all my questions, took his time explaining the differences between the bikes, and gave great recommendations for the best fit. He had the bikes ready to go with the accessories I purchased, and overall, I’m very happy with both the purchase and the service. The main reason I came back to Trek for my kids’ bikes is because this shop always takes care of me. I don’t mind paying a little more—not only for a higher-quality bike, but also for the peace of mind knowing it’s not just a place that sells you a bike and sends you on your way. The service department is extremely knowledgeable and never tries to upsell unnecessary items. I know the bikes will be fixed correctly and ready to perform when we hit the trails.
